Envocare’s termite control solution is here for all your termite problems
Termites damage and sometimes even destroy valuable property, documents, furniture and furnishings… essentially anything that contains cellulose, silently and swiftly, before you even become aware of the damage done. Termites infest and breed underground. They crawl up through the minute cracks and crevices in the foundation and the walls of your building.
As they march forward into your home, they build mud channels and provide themselves with darkness and humidity which they need to survive. A typical sign of a termite population in your home are such marks on your walls. Once you spot this sign, contact Envocare for termite control, and we’ll send our trained professionals to your doorstep.
3 Step Drill- Fill- Seal Termite Management
Our treatment steps to eradicate termite
- Drill, fill, and seal process
- Spray treatment shall be used
- The spray will be eco-friendly and odorless
- For termites, identification of their entry points will be carried out
- Wooden furniture and fittings will be extensively sprayed to avoid their return
Risk areas in your house
Overflowing gutters and downspouts – Keep these gutters clean. Direct water away from the downsprout by using extensions. When excessive moisture is reduced, it helps minimize the chances of an infestation.
Utility pipes – Pipes that run through a foundation wall or floor give termites access to your house. Bath traps in slab houses are a common area for termite infestation due to moisture from leaking water. In addition, air conditioning condensate or drip lines can create pools of water, making an ideal environment for termites.
Wood Chips – Wood Chips can be a food source and create an environment of moisture for termites. Termites can infest any wood in contact with the soil, including firewood or scrap wood in crawl spaces.
Crawl spaces and dripping water – Dripping water from plumbing leaks or condensation of cold water lines can be a water source that attracts and favors termites
Foam Plastic Insulation Panels – In order to save energy, builders sometimes install foam plastic insulation panels on the exterior foundation walls or inside the crawl space of homes. Problems may be created when insulation panels are installed below the soil grade line.

Termite treatment
The treatment is for the management of Termites. For the management of “Termites” We will make constant chemical barrier by drilling the holes- and filling them with termiticide in manner to protect your premises from the attack of this pests. Odorless chemicals with Advance Technology will be used.
- To stop and prevent the movement of Termites from the ground, holes are drilled inside the ground from outside of the building at the junctions of the wall and the floor at an angle of 45 degree. The holes are drilled along the Inside of the entire outer wall and partition wall at approx. 1 feet intervals.
- On the Ground floor in offices, similar work is carried out along the outer walls of the premises.
- From the 2nd floor onwards, all the corners of the door and windows and all the infested areas are drilled accordingly.
- We take special precautions by drilling the backside of the wall wherever fixed furniture has been made. In case drilling is not possible there, we make small holes at the top of the furniture and pour Chemical through those holes.
- All termite infested areas are sprayed thoroughly and the termite channels are removed.
- The woodwork in contact with the masonry in a building is particularly susceptible to termite Infestation such as door and window frames, wall panels, wardrobes, shelves, wooden cupboard, etc. Holes of diameter 12 mm (1/2 approx) are drilled towards the core of woodwork, insecticides is then Poured into those holes.
- On completion of the initial treatment about 80% of the termites are eliminated from the premises. The remaining which is hidden in the walls is eliminated within 6 months.
- A checkup visit for the entire premises will be carried out in a five to ten year contract
- A chemical barrier will be created between the termites in the soil & the building premises. This is achieved by drilling holes around the pillars / external perimeter of the building premises.
- Holes are made with the help of a drill machine using 12mm bit at the distance of 1 ft., Insecticides at the quantity of 0.5 liter per hole is poured in the soil. These holes are then covered with cement after inserting the chemical. This treatment is based on ISI specification.
- The Chemical used by us is PREMISE (5%) for termite control manufactured by BAYER (Ratio is 3 Liter water and 5 ml PREMISE)

Types of termites
Drywood termites : Drywood termites infest dry wood and do not require contact with the soil, unlike the subterranean and Formosan termites. This termite species often establishes nests in roof materials and wooden wall supports and can infest dead wood that may be around homes. When they infest a home, they likely entered through exposed wood or infested wood that was brought indoors. Although they don’t require as much moisture for survival as other species, they can also be found in wood near a water source such as a leaky pipe or water heater
Dampwood termites : Just as their name suggests, dampwood termites are attracted to wood that has a high moisture content. They are much larger than other termites and prefer to infest stumps, fallen logs, tree branches, and other sources of damp wood that are often in decay. If they’ve infested a property, they most likely entered into the building where the wood is touching the soil or where a leaky pipe has created moisture. Dampwood termites cover up their entry holes with their fecal matter rather than building mud tubes as other termites do.
Subterranean termites : Subterranean termites are found in every state except Alaska. This termite species lives in underground colonies or in moist secluded areas aboveground that can contain up to 2 million members. They build distinctive “mud tubes” to gain access to food sources and to protect themselves from open air.

- Repair leaking faucets, water pipes and exterior AC units.
- Store firewood at least 20 feet away from the house.
- Repair fascia, soffits and rotted roof shingles.
- Replace weather stripping and loose mortar around basement foundation and windows.
- Routinely inspect the foundation of a home for signs of mud tubes (used by termites to reach a food source), uneven or bubbling paint and wood that sounds hollow when tapped.
- Monitor all exterior areas of wood, including windows, doorframes and skirting boards for any noticeable changes.
- Consider scheduling a professional inspection annually. Wood-boring insect damage is not covered by homeowners insurance policies.
